I think the problem of the contacts going into one huge folder instead I don't understand the role of iCloud and iTunes in relation to contacts, or the connection between the 2 programs. I couldn't seem to make my phone sync via iCloud so I went through iTunes and selected whichįolders to sync with my iPhone. The main reason I tried iCloud was to be able to edit the contacts on my iPhone with my computer, instead of laboriously doing them on the touch screen of my phone. It also removed a couple of email groups that I'd created, so I will have to create them again (fortunately I saved a list of these groups with theirĮmail addresses so it will be reasonably easy to do them again). The answer - that I can manually move my contacts back to re-created Outlook folders (and sort them as I go). family, church, fundraisers etc.) I know this is not a new problem and I've found ![]() The main problem about iCloud moving all my contacts from Outlook to its own folder is that it put them altogether in one, instead of separate folders that I'd created (e.g.
